One basket is approximately 6kg which is close to one full laundry bag. Items that exceed this weight will be counted as an additional basket.
Freshly is not responsible for damage to items caused by pre-existing wear, incorrect or missing care labels, delicate fabrics not declared at the time of booking, or items left in pockets. We recommend keeping delicate, dry clean only, or high value garments separate from your Freshly order. Items with stains that are not declared at the time of booking may not be fully treated.
